We have trainers/coaches for the following sports and activities: Soccer, Basketball, Speed training, Fitness training, and Kickboxing
· Flexible schedule dates, times, and location will be coordinated to fit the player’s/team’s schedule. Training can take place in the South Jersey Shore locations mainly in Avalon, Stone Harbor and Sea Isle, New Jersey, and Stuart, Florida. Our trainers can come to your location or training can take place at ours.
· Frequency of sessions and length of program to be determined by the parent/player/trainer/coach/team.
· Each session is one-hour long. Training for club teams and other teams is for 75 minutes per session.
· Custom-made training program will be designed to fit player’s and team’s needs.
Kevin Seits and staff offer team, small group and private soccer training for all ages and experience levels. All aspects of soccer are covered, from basic skills to advanced tactical concepts. The training consists of an hour (75 min. for teams) of intensive skills work, as well as tactical development, fitness and speed training. New concepts are introduced while reinforcing skills and tactics already learned. Club and team consulting is also available.
