​36th Anniversary!

After more than 30 years of experiences as a sports and life coach, I realized that I have a treasure trove of experiences, anecdotes, and lessons.

I never really thought about writing it all in a document and publishing the contents.

But I realized that most coaches, athletic directors, athletic recruiters, and professional scouts did not have a template, checklist, or literature about emotional intelligence in sports during early childhood and throughout the adolescent years.

I now have a sense of urgency to document and share what I think is the essential manual for the soon-to-be great student-athletes of the early 21st century.
