Waiver

  I/we recognize participation in camps/programs involves risk of serious injury.  We hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Seits Inc. corporation, Shore Sports Camps, program, academy, directors, organizers, coaches, the towns of  Sea Isle, Stone Harbor, or Avalon, and any agents or employees of the above for any claim arising from participation in the camp/program.  We carry medical insurance that covers any and all injuries that may occur through participation in Seits Inc. programs. 
  Seits Inc. reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment.  Seits Inc. will make every effort to continue programs through inclement weather; however, we will not hold Seits Inc. responsible for any weather conditions and cancellations. We understand that Seits Inc. will not be responsible for refunds due to weather. Granted refunds will be given in camp and program credit. Parents are encouraged to protect their registration with the optional AIG insurance. The new AIG insurance policy, “Registration Saver” now provides you the opportunity to cover the camp and program fees. The policy protects your investment in case of injury (on or off the field), illness, bad weather, and other unforeseen circumstances that may cause a child to miss an event or entire season.

The Refund Policy:
Any cancelation will result in a $50.00 administration fee
If you cancel within 60 days to 30 days before the event a 50% REFUND will take place.
If you cancel within 30 days prior to the event there will be NO REFUND and you will be charged in full. 

 *Registrations are due by the posted deadlines.  Late registrations are not guaranteed a spot and will be charged a late fee.
